Thousands of brave cyclists whipped their kit off and got on the saddle for World Naked Bike Ride today. As well as providing an opportunity for cyclists to air their wares, the ride is carried out in protest of car culture. In the capital riders got their bums and bikes out on a warm day, with routes starting at eight locations across London. In Cardiff, where the ride is in its 12th year, cyclists took off from Cardiff University and pedalled around the city centre.
