Carmen Perez-Dickson was the chief administrator at Tisdale School in Bridgeport, Connecticut, when she was caught by school surveillance footage dragging two children along the ground. In the first incident, the principal was filmed pulling a five-year-old child out of a classroom and down the hallway, dragging the student by his or her leg. Suspended: Connecticut school principal Carmen Perez-Dickson was suspended for six-months after video footage revealed she dragged a kindergarten student down the corridor by his or her leg. Bad teacher: A school principal in Connecticut will be allowed to work in the public school system following a six-month suspension despite damning surveillance footage showing her drag a child down a hallway. Once in the hallway, the student lies motionless and face-down while Ms Perez-Dickson stands over the top. In the second incident, Ms Perez-Dickson is seen walking up to a student sitting on a lounge chair and pulling him or her off it and onto the floor.
